We can hear Brandon Keener in Fallout 4 too. I mean you mentioned The Division, I wasn't aware he voiced a character in that game (haven't played it, probably never will either, not my kinda game). But he's in Fallout 4. Not sure if it's specific to my saved game, but in my Fallout 4 game he's the voice of one specific settler in my settlement who happens to be a doctor (a black man NPC). He doesn't have a name, he's seemingly just another generic settler #357 or something. I am the one who assigned him to the task (assigned him at one of my settlement clinics). I wonder if he voices more characters in the game though (not sure I've heard him elsewhere so far). But yeah, it makes me smile to hear Garrus asking me to describe my symptoms. When I first realized "OMG, that's GARRUS!" I imagined my character asking for calibrations.
And even better, the female voice for Fallout 4's Survivor is Courtenay Taylor, and that's Jack's voice actress. Even more amazing is the fact that she doesn't sound that different in Fallout 4. She's of course more dramatic and aggressive in ME2, but she has a lot of similarities with ME3's Jack (a bit more calm and reserved / controlled compared to ME2's Jack). That's like Jack asking Garrus for calibrations. I know, it's all kinds of wrong, but the feels man, the feels.
