It was such a disappointment. The ME CEs were nice packages across the board, though. We'll see.

 

It's a day one purchase for me, regardless.

Yeah? I just bought the regular edition because there was something with my order and if I reordered it would be delayed and I wouldn't be able to play it on the release date, so I bought the digital edition instead. I remember I could hardly wait and I sat up all night lol. 

 

But yeah, I know some editions probably aren't worth it that much but it won't matter to me, cause when it's a game I like then it's worth it anyway if that makes sense xD

This forum won't reflect any broader purchasing tendencies, as it does not accurately represent most of the people who will buy the game.

 

It is incredibly unlikely that I will end up paying that much. I will most likely get the game 3-9 months after it is released, with the amount that I'm willing to pay being largely determined by the independent reviews and players (particularly with regards to the MP.)

 

Essentially, I'm not really expecting or anticipating anything. I bought ME 3 and DA 2 the day they came out (I even pre-ordered ME 3) which I had never done before, and will never do again. Those lessons were well-learned and I don't regret waiting some time before getting DA:I at a significant discount.

 

But I do not in any way reflect the majority of people expected to purchase the game the first year, most of whom will pre-order, or pay full price to get the game within the first three months.

Oh, I just ended up not even liking the game much as well. CE or not. It just sucks a little more with the CE

Lol I understand. I think it was an okay game, not their best but still a Dragon Age game which is enough for me to know and reason enough to buy the CE

I know there's sensibility in this statement. But for me....

 

#1- I'm a highly impatient person. Waiting 5 years for something is a hellish nightmare.

#2- I need to avoid spoilers at all costs. AKA, I gotta play it ASAP.

#3- I like to throw money at game developers I love. Do they have their flaws? Yep, but all game companies do! Bioware forever.

I don't think you need to wait long. I notice Bioware games drop in price fairly quick.. within months. Lots of discounts.

 

This is something I never see with, like... Rockstar and GTA. It's almost always full price. Even to this day. Because they know it sells.

Yeah I'll get it as soon as it's available here. I usually get my monies worth when it comes to Bioware games, plenty of replay value in them.

Pre owned moist likely or about £15 Max unless reviews are good after launch. Probably many months after launch in all honesty.

Depends. I'm not going to pre-order or buy on day one, however if I like what I see I may buy the game relatively shortly after.

 

If I get the feeling that this game is like DA:I all over again, I will wait and buy it on a sale or when prices drop.
