Would you still pay 70$-70€ to Bioware for this coming game?

I'll pay full price the day it is released. I don't care about reviews, I much prefer to get the game and make up my own mind.

Normal edition will probably be here about 50 € as usual, and I am not sure yet...I bought DAI full price, and despite some others have no problems, as I enjoyed it thoroughly and even bought the overpriced DLCs by now - because I still love teh franchise and the original world Bioware created here (unlike certain other wunderkind-companies that relied on works of others ^^)
But with MEA? *sigh* ... I don't know...really, it fully depends on the overall reception by fans and critics alike. If everyone is overwhelmingly pleased I might jump over my shadow and buy it right after release and pay the price if the urge within me is too high.
But then there is the voice in my head constantly screeching "You bought ME3 full price and it was *insert swear word here*" ...and I also have this tendency to play a game for days like in a rush, but all of a sudden stopping and continue to play months later (usually when the prices have dropped - so stupid). My Geralt still sits on his butt on the Skellige Islands ... could have saved some money if I had resisted the urge to buy W3 right off the bat ^^

I'll of course say I won't but then I will be tempted. As Eve was tempted.

For a good game, I would happily pay $100+.
Luckily, you don't have to.
I can happily point you to some good $5 games, if you wish ![]()

I know there's sensibility in this statement. But for me....
#1- I'm a highly impatient person. Waiting 5 years for something is a hellish nightmare.
#2- I need to avoid spoilers at all costs. AKA, I gotta play it ASAP.
#3- I like to throw money at game developers I love. Do they have their flaws? Yep, but all game companies do! Bioware forever.
Second point makes waiting a bit hard. I guess I have to stay out of ME:A forums at least ^^ I don't mind bit of waiting cause I have tons of other games to play meanwhile nor I hold lot of love towards Bioware so those aren't worries for me at least.

My ninja hidden-sense tells me that my holy hands won't touch even the game's casing, which will decompose until the price heavily drops and there are very good reasons to buy it. As I'm inclined now, I'd spend 5€ on it.

Since I have no information upon to make an informed decision about the game I have no idea if I will even buy the game let alone have a price point limit in place yet. Ask me a day after the embargo is lifted and i have had a chance to see game play footage and read reviews from reviewers i trust.

Yeah? I just bought the regular edition because there was something with my order and if I reordered it would be delayed and I wouldn't be able to play it on the release date, so I bought the digital edition instead. I remember I could hardly wait and I sat up all night lol.
But yeah, I know some editions probably aren't worth it that much but it won't matter to me, cause when it's a game I like then it's worth it anyway if that makes sense xD
Agreed if it's a game you really like and you end up playing it a lot then it kind of pays for itself so the price can become irrelevant after a while. It's the same with me I enjoy both the ME and DA series so will gladly pay whatever price is necessary to get it on day 1. Whether I get around to actually playing it on day 1 is another question however.

Aren't games currently $60(US)? Are we expecting a $10 dollar jump between now and Q4? Or are we talking about some kind of SE or CE?
For me just depends on what information comes out between now and release.
Sincerely,

It's awfully hard to find good CRPGs these days.Luckily, you don't have to.

I used to pay over $160 for a game (in today's dollars). Prices have fallen a lot, and in many cases so has quality.

I don't care much if price is high or low. Bioware's track record off me playing the game from a thu z is very high and thats what counts. Countles hours I spent in ME and DA series.
The best games are the ones I lost myself in full price or pittance. I learnt that lesson the hard way, what other people rave about doesn't mean much and what I play can be downsized to 3 developpers.

I will happily pay $100 right now to pre-order the game. This is without knowing for sure who we're going to being playing as, when it's set (as down to the exact year), who our companions are, or what the gameplay looks like like or feels like.
Anything over $100 I would have to look at twice. And yes Battlefront, I'm looking directly at you.
