Something meaningful should come from romances aside from just sex scenes.  We should raise our spawn.  You can play football with them and gear them towards being a soldier or do puzzles with them and gear them towards being an engineer.  In future titles the things we do with our spawn will directly "effect" their stats and profession for what will become the main character in a future game.

 

We should have to sleep and eat in the game and during these times there can be minigames to max stats and guide their levels.  You also shouldn't be able to perform all tasks needed.  Time management is vital as you need to rest 8 hours a day and you can quickly fall behind on tasks.

 

Obviously having an Asari would be good too and open more doors.

I know right!  My kids would be so damn sexy.  And who wouldn't want to play as the spawn of their character from a previous game?  Thats not something you see every day in a series.

 

I'll take my kid to the park from when hes like 3 years old and have him going and hugging all the mommies. Let them all hold him and love on him until he gets a real good feel for that....then when his time rolls around he will be ready to repopulate Andramada by himself!  Biovar please!

While the extent that you want is most likely not possible, I wouldn't mind there being a romance that results in either the protagonist or the love interest getting pregnant. Maybe during the final game so it wouldn't interfere with the story and then during the epilogue slide you can see them with the child.

While I have no issue with the topic of having or not having children coming up in the romance, they shouldn't actually be present themselves nor pregnancy during the span of the game.
