I wish I could wear a dress without some asshat trying to congratulate me on dressing "like women ought to dress." Like... **** right off? I wear dresses and skirts nine times out of ten, but it has nothing to do with being a ~good girl~ or modesty or whatever gross assumptions people are making about why I'm not wearing pants. (edit: I should add that it's not just someone giving me a compliment or saying my outfit looks nice. That's appreciated! It's that it often comes with weird assumptions about my beliefs/behavior.)

I like the way they swoosh when I twirl and I can never find pants that fit me right. That's... it. That's the whole reason. It's not that complicated.

The Forum is gonna be closed in a month and I am so furious right now. They claim to care about their fans, then shut down one of the few places we can interact. I'm honestly disgusted with them.

I had this feeling inside me since off-topic closed, felt it was coming, atleast when they stopped caring about this place. But to displace thousands of fans that come here every day to talk about their games and people they got to know is so stupid. I have no Interest in Tumblr or reddit, frankly i find them to be the ass end of the Internet, but now i might not have any other choice. Sigh! Sorry if offended anyone with my tumblr and reddit remarks.

Just plain dumb. I've learned actual life things and made friends here.

Most people will just have nowhere to go ask questions and look for help, because they aren't savvy enough to know all the internet places to look for such things, and that will cause wide dissatisfaction. The rest will hole up in the little places no one else knows about, and thus the heart of the community will be torn out.

On the other hand.... No more whiney, bitchy, entitled jerks. Not concentrated in one place, anyway.

It's frustrating. I can't say I'm completely surprised, though. A lot of people told me they thought this would happen went off topic was closed.

I don't know everything about how to do this, though. And signing up was confusing, mostly because I belong to other forums that use proboards as well, and choosing a password went strangely.

I'm just so bummed about this. Where I'm supposed to discuss new things about ME:A now and talk with follow fans of the series. I can't understand this decision from Bioware, I feel like they don't simply want to deal with criticism/negativity from fans here anymore so they just shut it down instead of thinking of changing moderation or letting it to be, but try to mask it as they have other better places to interact with fans.

Also, so many different splinter groups are throwing out their links all over the place. Like there are alot of posters around here who don't hang in the same groups as I do that I'll miss. Not sure what do.

It's never going to be like the old Sera thread before the game came out, that's so sad. I still miss those days, it was so much fun.
