The Orlesian warden of DAA should be the commander instead of her if the warden of DAO was not replaced in DAA right?
Clarel is warden commander?

Clarel is the Warden-Commander of Orlais, not Ferelden.

OK but that place should be of the Orlesian warden commander of DAA if the Orlesian warden didn't substituted the DAO warden. The Orlesian warden was already a commander in Orlais before to come in Ferelden
It wasn't explicitly said the OW was Warden Commander prior to Ferelden.

Well, even if they were, leader positions are adjusted. If that scenario were true, then the DAA Orlesian Warden could have been transferred from leading the Orlesian Wardens to go to Ferelden and start from the ground up (perhaps that particular WC has proven those skills in the past), while a new person (Clarel?) is appointed the WC of Orlais. It's not too far fetched.
Military leadership positions, or stations, aren't for life, ya know?

The Orlesian Warden was only the Commander of Ferelden. Clarel's predecessor is a woman who's name I forget. She was mentioned in a Codex Entry and maybe one of the Warden books featuring Fiona.
