If the HoF does the ultimate sacrifice. What's the Orlesian warden up to during the events of Inquisition?

I don't think we hear anything, but if the HoF actually succeeds in curing the calling its probably reasonable to guess that the OW will do the same thing.

The Orlesian Warden is a plot fix who would act as a stand in for the HoF in plotlines where the latter died.

Since BW haven't brought the HoF back to the fray there was no need for his body double to appear either.

Likely finding the cure. If the Orlesian Warden is in Awakening, then he or she is in Golems of Amgarrack and Witch Hunt as well. Which in turn leads to the cure quest. The only difference is that no one cares to look for the Orlesian Warden as they did with the Hero.

They are probably doing the same thing the Warden is doing now, trying to cure the Calling. The reason we don't hear about it is probably because the Orlesian Warden is not as popular or well known figure as the Hero. Make no mistake the Orlesian Warden is playing their part. Their role as Commander of the Grey in Ferelden, the public face of the Wardens and their foothold back into the public eye, their connection to the Architect, his research and awakened Darkspawn should not be understated.

My Orlesian Warden is off hiding with Ander's - Hawke only made everyone think she killed Anders as a martyr for their Mage cause. In actuality, he and my Orlesian Warden is hiding in Tevinter - we'll be in the next one :).

Gone, in the purest meaning of the word. They practically no longer exist.

Which is fine, Orlesian and all that.

The worst HoF still cures Eamon with Andraste's Ashes, and saves Ferelden from the Fifth Blight.

The quest could be anything from finding a cure to just discovering the process of curing an afflicted individual. The cure might already exist, or it might be some complex magical procedure. It might be a portable cure. It might be stationary. It might be reproduced, or might be a one time deal. It might only work on the taint, or it might sever the connection to the darkspawn, or it might be a cure-all that removes all illnesses, curses, or defects. Plenty of ways to go with this storyline.
