The Grey wardens can have sex with non Grey warden partners?

Especially for those who are  senior GW,can't the taint be a risk factor?

For what i recall no senior GW had a secret lover until now.

I don't understand if the taint is transmissible via fluids,why the GW should be an exception?

After All they are just tainted people so give me  a reason as for why is untrue no?

I actually wondered that before too. They've taken something poisonous into their body and it's mutated them in a way, seeped into their blood. Would there be a danger of other people being tainted by Warden blood (or other fluids)? I had thought if they were able to conceive a child (because apparently it's rare but not impossible) would the child be affected in some way? It could be that it has no effect or it could be that they just didn't think about it but either way, we've had cameos from past love interests and they were fine, as was non-OGB Kieran. I'd also wondered why the dog could be tainted and the cured by a flower. Would the flower work on people? Is the dog now immune to the taint?

If it were true, don't you think Morrigan and her Demon spawn Son would have started showing signs of it by now? Assuming you did the Dark ritual of course. Or what about those who Romanced Leliana, wouldn't she be infected too?

A young warden can have childs not a senior warden,a young warden is not a risk but a senior warden shoul be a risk?

You may have a point, although I believe the taint is only catchable via bite/injury from one who is fully consumed by the blight (i.e. Darkspawn).  I could be wrong though.

 

I would assume that the partial taint of the wardens, which offers them significant resistance to not only the taint but other diseases would make them non-carriers?

 

I hadn't thought about it, but, there does seem to be something questionable about it.

True. But that is really irrelevant. Sure the taint gets strong within a Warden, the longer they are tainted. But that doesn't mean that it suddenly becomes capable of infecting people with STD's.
Also, Grey Wardens can't taint objects via touch -Darkspawn can. So to suggest that they can via sex, makes zero sense.

Did you not play Awakening? If you allow a certain vocal Darkspawn to help you defend the city, he later strikes out on his own helping people. Those people later get sick and die via the taint.
It's also stated in the book 'The Calling' that the taint sticks to walls, and other strange sh*t.
EDIT to add. Not to mention there are codex in the games which say it spreads by touch.

well it doesn't make sense to me,first they say that the taint is a poison that even corrupts lands,people die if they are infected by it through darkspawn blood or fluids contact like the templar in DA2,but GW don't infect others people ok.....

Right, forgot about that. Now that I remember, when Morrigan makes her DR offer, she does say she won't bed Riordan (a senior Warden), but I don't remember exactly why.
