So I'm loosing credits between games and getting bumped off the server mid-game.

Did some searching here and in the Technical Support forum and it seems to be a really old problem. It also seems to be something that's never been properly dealt with.

Did I miss the "this is the magic fix" part or has everyone just accepted the issue and moved on.....

I had the same issue for a while as well, where I wouldn't receive credit/exp. In some cases if you closed the game and relaunched, you'd get the experience and credits, but this didn't always work. I found that it was a 50/50 shot whether I also closed Origin or not.

Recently I haven't had the issue, but it does appear to be server/connection related.

You'll find that by playing random matches, you'll likely end up in a modded lobby that will give you more credits from time to time - I figure this is a way for PC to even itself out.

There is a very apt Latin proverb for this : "Panem et circenses". So if your on the console that's your panem/bread for 900 Hours to max a manifest, on a PC it's circenses/(a circus) - because you can just open a console and give yourself 18 Trillion Credits and then complain about 10 minutes maxed manifest. Anyway, ironical to the proverb, the short answer is "No. Speak to the EA hand and move on."

Except that that expression doesn't fit what you're saying at all.

Also, it doesn't take 10 minutes, sadly. Unless someone figured out a way to directly alter your unlocks since the first and last time I did it, then you'll have to buy all the packs by yourself, which means hours and hours of clicking. Ugh.

Still better than the legit way, lol.

I read the title of this thread and thought this topic was about:

then I read the 1st post...I have lost credits before even though I made it back to the lobby after a successful extraction..I thought that was weird...this happened on xbox....on ps3..I get alot of the waiting for other players screens...like once every 3 games..but I still manage to get the credits.

It's more common than before these days on PC, guess they don't spend top dollar on server maintenace anymore!

The old "alt+tab", close it and start it again solves 99% of the problem (as you get all XP and credits) back again, some degenerates might suggest "credit hacking" or "space magic" as the nerds call it as a universal solution, but that's pretty pathetic.

^P. Bateman is the only person I know who take both the drawbacks of PC (lack of comfort) and consoles (credits and consumables grinding).  A true hero, I tell you !  :P

Don't listen to Paladin Bateman, OP.

Since you are on pc, we can arrange for a nice gucci duffle bag full of credits. :)

I have the box but I haven't opened it yet.
Haven't decided how I feel about taking the dark path on my first run through.
Maybe I should earn the privilege first.....

I didn't get the box, main reason is I didn't know it existed until recently.

Now that I'm aware of its existence, I think that it would strip me of a somehow important component of the game, maybe not.

The only way to decide is to draw from the fundamental source of the problem.

If you open the box, you will join the dark side and you will obtain power :

Spoiler

If you throw it away you will gain nothing, but hey like m'boy Rust says :

Nope.
That part is as easy as falling out of the tree. Just let go - gravitation will do the rest.
Be prepared to never hear the penny drop, though.
