I thought that desires demons had their allure they were beautiful creatures like the lady of the forest,i don't think there anything wrong in feel desire over them.

The broomothers are ugly because of their overall aspect(tentacles,spider-legged)not because of the multiple breasts those aren't the problem.

The taint, without the Warden resistance, corrupts females as it does males. But of the females who don't die from it, the darkspawn try to transform them into broodmothers.

Not sure why you keep asking this. People have already answered your question. But another obvious answer is that they need them to feed their offspring. It's not like Bioware is going to show her feeding the gross monsters. So, there's your answers.

Broodmothers have multiple boobs the same way the xenomorph from Alien looks like a phallus. Sexual symbolism is scary.

What happens to the red templars is a different process.

 

The broodmother's multiple mammaries are likely due to the transformation process. No different from the tentacles. Their bodies grow and distort. Having the chest double, triple, or quadruple is likely to happen if the body is becoming deformed and growing taller/longer.

 

If DNA is a thing in Dragon Age, then I'd say the DNA is going haywire, resulting in genetic deformities.
