Okay. It figures that as soon as I'm frustrated to the point of posting, I find out what it is I'm looking for.
It's the "dialog.tlk"

I remember some years ago while messing with the "iprp_bonushp.2da" -- I would also need to edit a different 2da file so the bonus number would show in game. This is hard to explain, so I will show pics as examples.
My apologies if the images are too big, it's been a while since I posted images on a forum. :-(
Here is the original "iprp_bonushp.2da"

Notice the number "186094". That number is defined as "+50" in a different .2da.

I now input my custom bonus hp property. However, notice that I had to use **** in the name column. Now look at the bonus in the properties window, it shows "100" not "+100"
And finally, going in-game shows that there is another .2da or something that I need to add for it to show the bonus properly.

I do remember finding the file to do so many years ago.
I spent a good amount of time scanning as much .2da files as I could, but I haven't found it yet.
