Well I start up Mass effect 2 and straight away a message apears saying 'Out Of Range'
Any Ideas i was really hyped up to play but now im just pissed off

"Out of range" is an issue with the graphics card or monitor. Few things to figure out how to fix it:
1. Update graphics card drivers.
2. If that doesn't fix the issue, go into your Display settings and click Advanced in the Settings tab. In Advanced, hit the Monitor tab and try changing the Refresh Rate.
3. Try running dxdiag.exe in your start menu and then hit the "More Help" tab and then "Override." Set your Override Value to match your monitor refresh rate that you found in step 2.
4. If there's still some problem, try lowering or changing your resolution.
