I cant find the salarian on omega. Its the deliver datapad quest. Hes supposed to be buy some apartments i think.

When you go in the main entrance, turn right and he is standing to the side with another salarian.

Yeah but i dont see him thats the problem. I did both the archangel and the professor.

I think you might need Miranda in your group. He recognized her when she was in my party then I got to talk to him.

Yeah i read that over on gamefaqs. Still nothing, I had her and jacob.

Dunno then. I didn't go back there until later, maybe you need to do more main missions or something.

Ahh, When did you head back? I tried doing it after mordin and garrus. Those are the first 2 i recruited.

Forgive me if you haven't gotten to this point and it spoils it a bit, but Samara was the last I recruited, and it was during her personal quest.

same just recruited Samara on disc 2 went back and wallah there he was. So just go after you get a recruit on the second disc or so he should be there.

It may have to do with Miranda's loyalty too. Maybe it has to be high enough since you are discovering more about her when Ish meets you.

I convinsed Ish to give up his plans after I collected both data sets. Now the quest is finished but it is still active in the journal. Is there something I can do to end the quest?

You have to come back after Horizon when Ilium is unlocked.
