The current Humble Bundle is royalty free assets for Cryengine. Could they be converted for a nwn usable format?

The license for the Mocap package included reads as follows:

These projects shall be defined as without limitation a User’s movie or video or game or app or product that uses Assets or character model(s) that you have incorporated into your project in a way that the Assets and/or character model(s) cannot be extracted to allow further distribution, reproduction, modification or use of the Assets outside of your projects. You shall not use the Assets in any other way than indicated above, including without limitation:

⁃ offer the Assets for sale or license or any other use except as embedded in your projects;

⁃ offer the Assets in any other way in which the Assets can be extracted and implement in other projects.

That would be a "no" on that one.  Other packs included in the bundle come with different licenses, or did not include a license, and those are as yet unclear, but this person is tracking down the information.

That one's offered by Crytek, and GFS Mike says that the only info he's so far found on that content is a license covering the CryEngine and its assets, but logically the assets it would be covering are the ones that come with the CryEngine itself, not additional content packs, so I'm completely unsure about those at the moment.
