There is a surprising amount of gray area though.. where you have more bars at level 18 than at 10 though.

2 bars - 80 con
3 bars - 160 con
4 bars - 240 con
5 bars - 320 con
6 bars - 400 con
7 bars - 480 con
8 bars - 560 con

You gain HP as you level up also.

Meaning if you are just below a threshold you will tick over into the next rung of the ladder.

Yeah, something in the neighborhood of 9 health per level with the AW and Keeper.

 

And, of course, some skills may boost Constitution.
