I'd love a companion like this. Aggressively rebellious Tal-Vashoth lady pls?

Shokrakar was an aggressively rebellious Tal-Vashoth lady :( Hopefully they "un-cut" her for the next game.

He is indeed a Marcher - from Markham, originally.

I think it's a shame that Leliana was the only Orlesian in our inner circle - and she had a Ferelden mother and says in DAO that she considers herself Ferelden. Not that I'd have wanted to get rid of Alistair Parker or Indira Varma, but maybe it would have been better if either Blackwall or Vivienne or both had been Orlesian.

I don't know why Blackwall had to be a Marcher. Perhaps Bio just liked the voice actor so they customized his background. Or maybe they wanted to add to the reveal, since Thom Rainier was a known Orlesian General. Except I only recall that one note in a ruined house in the EP mentioning Rainier.

I think it was appropriate that Vivienne was not actually from Orlais. It fits her character: she adapts to her environment and learns the house rules, using them to her advantage. She didn't grow up with the Game like Leliana did, but she mastered it quickly.

Some Tal Vashoth are err...let's say at least from two difference source you can learn they often target Qunari who are not part of the antaam, with sometimes children among the victims. :(

Well, sure. But there are vicious people from Tevinter and among the Dalish and in Dust Town, too...

I'm dead serious

I want to be an ex-slave who finds his status preferable to what he would have had under the Qun and goes full on Tevinter-nationalist.

Ah. I see. Yes, that's an interesting character concept.

Maybe, or maybe since it's the opposite of being cut, it's not painful? :P
