Can u prime 2 troopers for a texplosion with one crusader shot ?

yeah my question is mostly: when u hit a target through another target, do u apply the priming effect to both ?
Let s say, with dirsruptor ammo, as that primes everything.
I guess so, cause when using AP rounds, and double hitting stuff, u apply the ammo damage twice (second one with a penetration fee though)
There's no penetration fee with AP unless you're also using a penetration mod 
As for the original question, I'm late, but yes, you can prime both.

There is no penetration penalty with or without a penetration mod as the Crusader has innate piercing.
