I am looking for Isht the salarian on omega, Hes supposed to be to the right of the afterlife by the entrance to the apartments. But i dont see him anywhere. The quest is supposed to unlock after archangel and the patriach.

If you're standing at the door of Afterlife looking out he's on the back wall to the left (hallway leading to the door with 'apartments' over it.
