Hey guys, just a quickie here.
I have a bit more money this week so figured I might FINALLY get the DLC's for Inquisition.
- How long roughly do each of them play?
- Is there a "preferred" time to play J.o.H / Descent (i.e: How a lot of people preferred to play Legacy in Act.2)?
- Does anything thing from the 1st 2 carry over / get mentioned in Trespasser?
- Do you get the "Spoils" packs from J.o.H / Tress, or are they still seperate?
Thanks in advance ![]()

Each dlc is $15. The two spoils are $5. So that would be $55.
I don't know what platform you play on, but DAI Game of the Year edition is currently priced at $40. It includes the main game, all 3 dlc, deluxe edition and the 2 spoils.
I will be getting a ps4 and the game of the year edition next week
Since I've only played the Jaws dlc, Its recommended for a level 20 Inquisitor and can be done anytime after getting to Skyhold. I forget how long it took me to complete

I currently play on PC, but bought the pre-order big ol' box version.
If I buy and download the GOTY version, will I still be able to play an Inquisitors I currently have? (Ie: Will my saves transfer?)

I don't see why they wouldn't transfer.
If you haven't checked, here's the game of the year on origin

Jaws of Hakkon takes me 10-12 hours, The Descent 6-8, Trespasser 8-10. Playing on Nightmare and trying to complete most things. Nightmare completionist of DAI takes me about 100 hours for reference. Jaws of Hakkon is better played post-game from both a gameplay and story standpoint imo, gameplay because most enemies are level 20+, story because there's nothing really urgent going on and it gives the Inquisitor something to do in the 2-year span before Trespasser. Descent either post-game or just before What Pride Had Wrought.
I think there's only one instance of The Descent affecting Trespasser, and it's very minor (a different comment from an Inquisitor that completed the Descent or not basically).

This sums it up nicely.
I prefer to do all the DLC post Main story, feels like my Inquisitor is doing something in the gap between Main story and Trespasser.

I don't know how spoilery you want this to be but... non-spoilery answer: a few very small things, but nothing that major except perhaps for a certain epilogue slide if you did something very specific in DA:O.
Much more spoilery answer:

Retour en haut
