sorry for the Noob question but this turns out to be more difficult than I thought.

I've met someone who has infinite rockets, medigels, money, etc.

This is independent from who is host - so it is something deep in her account  :wizard:

I thought that this was intented for :bandit: ... but she told me that she'd do anything to make that go away  ;)

The first things that came into my mind were to start all over again or to contact Bioware.

But then I realized I don't even know how to start a new account on the same platform. Do you ?

She has levelled hundreds of characters (high N7 ranking), all weapons on X, etc. - so this might

be a little inconvenient anyway. But still she is still willing to do this.

contacting Bioware might be an option but it would have to be a russian person from there,

as her English is not sufficient.

Contact Bioware?
Can't you use all your energies and time to try contact aliens instead? It's easier.

There's a console command to reset manifest

Can't you just repair the game through Origin?

Uninstall ME3 and redownload. That will keep all her manifest and game progress. If that problem persists, then it is at the Bioware end, and only they can fix it. I think.

(if she does that, remind her to also redownload the DLCs).

Your manifest is stored in their server, reinstalling it does nothing because once you login it will redownload it. It's why MP takes so long to load (as well as game startup).

^ I'm not sure them people really look for an answer geezer ...
it's just the usual friend of a friend stuff so that they can refer to it in writing once me:a kicks off -> with some "cleanup" list...run Cryos, run as fast as you can. If it's really important for them 12 Bucks for a new license /or simple EA support desk reset - is more efficient than the adminstrative nightmare of digging out old vs new credits. This usually leads to B) matter of principle discussions. Waste of valuable time

it's the usual case of : my computer blew up and I did't touch it. Sorta.

Open EA help, chat with an EA Customer Service. They will wipe it for you.
