He's threatening the life of a key member of the Inquisition. He is the definition of an enemy. I always take him out and then resolve the greater threat using Lelianna.

He's not threatening Josephine. He gave her a fair warning. It's like saying the gun is your enemy when in truth it's the guy holding the gun that's dangerous. If you let him go and act honorably then it may be possible to work with the assassins in the future. They have their uses, after all.

I most definitely kill him i have never spared his life in one of my playthroughs he is an enemy and he threatens one of my closest friends.
