So, I entered all of my mass effect codes on my bioware account today, unknowingly, somewhere along the line, it's not linked to my parent EA account. My EA account is linked with my gamertag already. So I can't get my DLC...

So if this was supposed to be automatic, someone tell me where I screwed up please/how to rectify it.

Same boat here. I have my bioware account with my DLC for the collectors armor/weapon but it is not linked to my gamercard. However it on the EA website(aka hell) i have my EA account that says i have the "persona" of alacard06 which is my gamertag- of course when i go to add the my gamertag it says its already in use. I cant link my gamer card from the game because the first thing i did when i got the game was use my little Cerberus link code i got with the limited edition and used my email to connect- now it doesnt give me the option to "sign in" in-game. so how am i supposed to link my gamercard in-game if i cant sign in in-game????? ive spent more time with this problem then actually playing the game.

It might be a log-in problem for me really. I can try to log in with my EA account, and it will say it's good, but it won't recognize that I already have a bio-ware account. so It asks me to enter a screen-name. I enter my screen name and password in order to "confirm ownership". I figure that would mean that my EA account would recognize this bioware account, but apparently not, as it does that every time I try to initially log in with my EA account.

I have been on EA website hell for 3 hours trying to find out why my persona is taken. I have never been on that website before and now its trying to screw me over

Well atleast theres room in the boat for me too. I updated all my ea.com info and I still dont see my gamertag.

Same here, my Xbox gamertag shows up as a persona on ea.com, but at http://social.bioware.com/redeem/ it says "Xbox Gamertag(s): None"

Bioware fix this **** or put all dlc content on xboxlive free for all!

Pretty much. Bioware could easily sovle this if they only had a way of showing what the parent EA account of your bioware account is...

Sorry, we can't find information about that Xbox LIVE Gamertag.

Before you can link your Xbox LIVE Gamertag to your EA Master Account, you need to log in to any online EA game with your Xbox or Xbox 360. Once that is done, check your email inbox at the address you used to sign up for your Xbox LIVE Gamertag for an email from us describing what you need to do to link up your accounts.

Keep in mind, this email may not appear immediately, so be patient. Note, you can always come back to this page to re-trigger the email in case you missed it.

The problem im having is this, my gamertag was linked to my email address over a year ago when i had EA change my gamertag to my current one because of battlefield bad company, when i got mass effect 2 i went to log in and said email was already in use, and i went to EA.com to check my account to find EACH ATTEMPT i made to try and log in using my email had created this TEMP gamertag on my account and when i try linking my gamertag which is no longer there i get a system error from EA website. Right now i got 7 TEMP gamertags linked to my email i don't know WTF is going on, waiting for a investigation which takes 24-48 hrs to see why it keeps creating these TEMP gamertags.

I haven't used any of my codes yet waiting on them to fix the issue so i can link my gamertag AGAIN.

So my bioware account and my EA account have the same email address now..... it is the same as the email that i use for my xbox360 account/gamercard. My EA account has my gamertag as a "persona" that i can select and my bioware account says it has the armor unlocked or whatever so i could download it for the PC if i wanted ( i only have 360 version.......) only problem is gamercard still not connected and i have tried everything( dont try waiting on EA for chat session with an agent it disconnects you after X amount of time)

Either call up EA support or go to their Live Chat support, and they can pull your Gamertag across to your secondary account, which is what they did for me.

Wow, so it turns out that my same Gamertag shows up as a persona on two different EA accounts, but when I use those accounts to login here at BioWare's site, only one of those accounts shows as linked to my Gamertag.

So even if you go to the EA site and see your Gamertag persona there, you might have a second EA account that your Gamertag is "officially" linked to.

me too, in reply to 1st post.......no armour apppears....I dunno what I supposed to do...I have spent more time on the {PC trying to figure this out then playing the game...I think I give up and foget the armour, its a trick by EA.......I cant get it use EA account to login to bioware and redeem code, no, use windows live account to lgin to bioare but that login doesnt work...confused? Why isnt my xbox GT listed on Bioware but on EA? Why is PSN listed on bioware but not XBL GT? I just dont get it and my posts are disappearing off the board!

Im in the exact same boat as everyone here. I got the Cercerus Network Card to work ok but this was because I used an Existing account, (" I have never created an account with EA before so I must have created it while playing another EA game and accepting an agreement"). I got my new character and the Normandy Crash Site and also my Blood Dragon Armour. Now I cant get my gamertag to link with my profile on here and this means I cant get the Collector Armour. I have sent EA and e-mail and expect a reply within 24 hours but I cant see this happening to be honest.
