I posted this post in another thread but just thought I'd post it here as it seems more approriate.Ok so I finally got all of my DLC fixed I went onto the EA website and went into the Live Chat system and got treated very well by a listener call Karl so if you are still having trouble and havent tryed the live chat system yet I would strongly recommend it. The first time I tried it said there were no agents available so I thought to myself this will never work so tryed it again an finally got into contact with this agent Karl and he was actually very helpful he fixed all my dlc problems within about 10 minutes.

They need to just let you a) delete old EA accounts. relink a gamertag. My gamertag was linked to another email address, yet no one in my house performed that link. It has the effect of precluding people from ever using DLC for EA games. They really should fix this, and then put the terminus gear online for free. This isn't the first EA game that has posed these problems.

im never buying an EA game on the notion of "exclusive DLC" ever again. that's my solution.

same problem pretty much everyone is having cant link accounts to get my collectors armor/weapon bioware/ea should really look into fixing this since so many people are having problems

I have 2/3 journeys and the CC DLC that THIS site says i have rights too download on my 360 but it will not show up because my gamertag is not linked... how do i link my tag on this site?

You have to link your gamertag to your EA.com account.

go on EA chat or phone them - It's quicker to do that than send an email

well i did all this linking bull**** and downloaded my armors but now ive finished downloading them from the cerebus network and i can't access my armors from in the game now,

It isn't hard to fix this issue with a little patience. I had the same issue back at the DA:O launch and got it promptly fixed by EA! EA can move your gamertag to another account. You cannot do it yourself in the account options and some of the FAQ's on EA's page says it is impossible to do this. BUT, EA can do it. You can call support, send an email or go to the EA official forums (this is what I did).

At the EA forum, send a private message to EA_Panoptico. Here is a link to the PM page for him http://forum.ea.com/...To/1817873.page

In the PM provide this information which lets the guy know the accounts and verifies you are the owner of them.
Gamertag/PSN ID you want linked:
Email address associated with gamertag / PSN ID:
EA Account Name:
Email address associated with EA Account name:
Birthday:

It took 2-3 days to get a response back (I sent the PM on a weekend) and my gamertag was moved to the proper account. Hope this helps get your gamertag moved to the right account.

Anyone having problems with their ea account and the Persona and gamtearg issue, go to ea support/chat, and in the chat they solve the problem.

its the game of the year, yet i sometimes want to break it, becuz of this bs. i was so ready to use that blackstorm gun and terminus armor :-( whats sad is i have the cerebrus armor and it sucks to even look at

ya i dont no if someone stoll my gamertag or something why dont thay let you delete a linked acount to access yours it says when i try to access mine sorry this gamertag has been taken eventhow i didn`t use that gamertag on eather acounts i have
