Before that, all kills I made with Concussive Arrows registered just like regular Omnibow kills. But it seems that if enemies get caught by the AoE attack, but not hit with an actual arrow, and die from it, this counts as a Concussive Arrow kill.

You have to shoot at a tight group. I killed a Cerberus Trooper with the arrows (registered as Omnibow kill) and two more with the AoE attack (Concussive Arrow kills).
