I've played lots of games I really love. Which is why I can't make up my mind on a top 10.

Then make a top 20.  ;)

Well i have to say in every list here from you guys/girls i see games that bring back memories and a lot of the titles that i totally forgot about and that i really loved to play to and there are some lists with games that i never heard about such as Patrician , Neir , Eternal Sonata and Pillars of Eternity.

And i still hope there will be people here posting their lists in this Topic

1) Witcher 3 stands miles above the rest for me --- I can't see this game being beaten anytime soon (Andromeda would have to be Biowares best game yet, to beat it)

2) Then Mass Effect 2 & 3 & DAO ------ can't decide out of these which order to put them in

Special mention:Jade Empire ---------------------------- desperate for a remake

1)Mass Effect 2 (Still on top for me, replayed that game countless times, fantastic story, great characters, fantastic RPG dialoague choice and worldclass interactive conclusion in suicide mission).

2) Witcher 2 (Really top notch story with 2 different branching paths), without the limitations of the open world introduced in TW3.

3) Mass Effect (the core story to the original Mass Effect was so good even if some of the aspects out of this were somewhat weaker)

4)  Dragon Age Origins (While i always found the lack of a voiced protagonist a problem, everythging else was fantastic)

5)  Dragon Age 2: I love the story and characters of DA2. If they'd spent the time getting the environmentals right then the game would be higher and reception would have been somewhat different.) As it is i've still replayed it numerous times

6) TW3 is a very good game with a solid story. It's made the best attempt at combining story and open world i've seen. Maybe once i've played the DLC's i might move it up a spot or 2.

7) Baldur's Gate 2:  Got a soft spot for this game, it's the first RPG i played.

8) Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines. Troika's last game and a fantastic slightly flawed vampire RPG. Still fond of it.

9) Kotor, got to it late but i definitely liked Bioware's first take on the Star Wars Universe.

10) Fall Out 4 sneaks in just.

I can't really justify putting DAI on the list, it just didn't do enough for me. Equally the major issues i have with core aspects of ME3 means i can't put it in my top 10.. It's the game that disappointed me most in my adult life because of my hopes and expectations.

I don't have 1 favourite game. I've got 5. It's too hard to order them or proclaim one as my favourite.

They are:

Fallout 2

Fallout: New Vegas

Dragon Age: Origins

CTR: Crash Team Racing (it's a Crash Bandicoot game)

Disciples II: Dark Prophecy (you probably haven't heard of it >_>)

Or consider Jade Empire's story the distant past or the distant future of the setting and give us a prequel (Jade Empire: Origins) or a sequel (Jade Empire: Andromeda) free of entanglements.

When I said "you" I didn't mean you specifically. It's a pretty obscure franchise, so likely most people wouldn't have heard of it.

Some people thought that the Jade Empire and DAO were connected. I don't really know to tell the truth, I've never played Jade Empire.

Maybe it's because there's a character in Jade Empire called Sir Roderick Ponce Von Fontlebottom, the Magnificent Bastard (yes, all of that). He's obviously a Westerner, and came to the Jade Empire from an unnamed country. He has a musket called "Mirabelle". In DA2, one of Varric's excuses as to why he named his crossbow "Bianca" is that "Mirabelle" was taken.

As far as I know, it's just that.

Wouldn't make sense though would it?

Do they use the name China at any point during Jade Empire e.g. do they reference any real word locations, if so it wouldn't work lol

No but there's no CC, just a selection of preset characters.

I like it a lot and it is one of Bioware's best stories IMO but the gameplay is bad even by the standards of it's day.

Oh... Lol, well I was wrong than. But I do like Revan's story a bunch - it's probably my favorite of all of Bioware's games so far...

This thread makes me feel like a 10 year old child. Damn there's some old games on these lists.

If I enjoy one game of a franchise, I usually enjoy the rest as well, so I'm going to cheat and use franchises for some games instead :P

1. Dragon Age (especially DA:O)

2. Mass Effect (I'm a heathen... I like 3 the most)

3. Guild wars 2

4. Final Fantasy X

5. Borderlands (especially 2)

6. Tekken (especially Tag Tournament 1&2)

7. Warcraft 3

8. The Last of Us

9. Journey

10. Assassin's Creed (especially the first. Yes. The first. That repetitive one :P)

There's still loads and loads more games that I really like and the places tend to vary depending on my mood.

You are no heathen my friend I like ME2 and ME3 better than ME1 ---------- In fact, the only thing I liked better in ME2 > 3 was the characters. If ME3 had some of the ME2 squadmates then ME3 would be king IMO.

Does this make us both Taal Vashoth?

Gameplay isn't that bad - to be honest I prefer it to Kotors style of combat, its more action orientated.

Alphabetical order:

Diablo II

Dragon Age Origins

Dragon Age Inquisition

Dungeon Master (Atari ST, hand-drawn maps! make a sandwich while game loaded)

Dungeon Siege I and II

Neverwinter Nights+Shadows of Undrentide+Hordes of the Underdark)

Star Raiders (Atari 800)

Titan Quest (with Immortal Throne Expansion)

Ultima 3 (Atari 800, anybody heard of Ambrosia? hand-drawn maps!)

Almost, but every character I make hits a brick wall 40 hours in: Grim Dawn, Path of Exile.

My number 1 if I have to pick: Dragon Age Inquisition

My numbers 1 and 2 if I go by time spent: Windows Freecell, Windows Solitaire. Not even close. I am forever grateful that Microsoft did not bundle those games with Windows after XP.
