I dont know if there is a solution (it would be outrageous if it doesnt exist) but the game doesnt start, it just crashes the moment it starts.

I dont think my pc specs matter because this has happened to a lot of ppl, regardless their pc. Maybe the problem is a patch or something. HALP PLOX, i just bought the descent and traspaser, and i have both balls the size of a watermelon full of desperation to play...

Try repairing the game.

Right click the game in Origin and click on "Repair game" that may take some time. Then try again.

Is there a crash message? If yes, what does it say?

Also maybe check your Antivirus programm, just in case.  :?

- Are you using mods? If yes, try disableing them.

- Try restarting your PC (yes, sometimes the easiest thing helps. Restarting my PC is the only way, how I get Origin back running when crashes)

You say you don't use an antivirus, not even Windows Defender?

Okay, then I'm at my wits' end.   Sadly, neither do I, cause my Windows Defender is disabled in favor of my antivirus program.  (you're welcome, I know how it feels when you can't play :'D)

you are under the min required pc specs, but try this: go into your origin folder go to "Dragon Age Inquisition > _Installer > directx > redist > DXSETUP" and run that.

Have you done any Windows updates lately? If not, go through the updates and download/install the newest Visual C++ Redistributor. Might just be a corruption with your current Direct X or it needs to be updated.

*UniformGreyColor has a great idea as well. I've done that in the past with success.

there is a DSETUP but is .dll. And there is a .exe but it sais DSETUP.exe_DiP_STAGED. Maybe is because im reinstalling the game, im gonna try once is installed, ty

Maybe it's the last update which broke something? The last W10 insider build made it impossible from me to complete the Temple of Mythal puzzles, which worked before.

Do you have the latest driver for your Nvidia? Nvidia can be cranky about their drivers.
