Bioware should put everyone in Mirandas outfits. They are scientists, researchers and explorers after all.

I have several sexy little black dresses that I love to wear for a flirtatious girly-girl look, and I'd like my Femme-Protagonist to wear something like this once in a while when in-game; LBDs never go out of style. Let our Andromeda PC wear some sexy or studly apparel during down-times, but not slutty/trashy looking. The intelligent, beautiful, warrior princess archetype fighting existential threats is my alter ego. If Miranda's booty can get full-screen attention, then I'd like to have my curvy size 3 get some attention too - albeit at very appropriate times in-game. Women have an advantage that not even studly N7 males will ever achieve. Perhaps it would be possible to have a stunningly dressed (or drop-dead gorgeous) M/F Protagonist's scene with an Andromeda alien (or two) - and they become so enamored that they reveal intel they otherwise wouldn't talk about - an upgrade to the scenes at the Silver Coast Casino.
Edit: Isn't this what Sha'ira was able to do? Hmmm?
BTW - several forum members have stated in the romance threads that they'd like the protag have to deal with unwanted advances, instead of being the one who has to make all the moves. This type of clothing feature might provide another (if amusing) basis for that, and for other actions that would help the Protag achieve (non-sexual) mission goals.
In any event - I hope there is a large wardrobe selection of clothing threads that our Protag can wear for the right occasions. (No helmets!)
A note to those who want to play an evil antagonist: Your imagination is soooo limited; all you get is one dreadful outfit and only one music theme. They may be destructive, but they have no sense of fashion or adventure at all... the fools.

If there are Krogan, they should wear only tuxedos:

I always liked the jacket casual outfit that male Shepards had in ME3, too bad female Shepards didn't get it (if I remember right). Maybe something similar for ME:A.

Something casual but cool like a short leather jacket with a cool designed tee or tank underneath, jeans, and ankleboots or high-top sneakers.

If I remember correctly, male equivalent was the jacket and the female equivalent was the cocktail dress;

I thought it was rather odd to make those two sets the equivalents to each other and disappointing as well, the latter especially since I would have liked the jacket.
Here's the jacket modded to fit as a female equivalent with Miranda photobombing the shot to Shepard's exasperation;

I'm dearly hoping they do not intend to make the protagonist N7. I would just find it so pointless to slap that designation onto the protagonist.
N7 are supposedly the highest designation within Earth's special forces designated N and taught through programs in academies. If the player is not there with the character and it is not earned, it would feel so much to me like an Informed Attribute.
I'm all for one of the protagonist's superiors being N7 but I'd rather the protagonist be a relative nobody that earns their skills over the course of the game.

Well, at Comic Con 2014 they showed the protagonist concept armor and it had a N7 insignia on their upper right arm and Mike Gamble said that they "will have something to do with N7".
I'm with you. I'd much rather have our character have a different military designation, or not even be Alliance military, instead of being another N7. It just feels too much like Shepard 2.0.

Didn't they release promo art for MEA's protags a while ago (the one with the female in a stupid brokeback pose), I don't remember there being any N7 indicators on the armour so maybe they've decided to ditch the idea of another N7 protagonist?

You mean this image?

It's possible they dropped that idea. I hope they did, along with a few other ideas they had at Comic Con 2014 like the new Mako not having a gun.

Not the trailer. Last year where they were talking about it in front of all the fans at the discussion table at comic con. Watch it on youtube. And considering the character models that were shown, I wouldn't be surprised if the guy in the trailer was a buddy or actually Ryder himself. They were wearing the same outfit.The character we saw in the E3 trailer is confirmed to not be the protagonist.

That wasn't E3 though. You said E3 in the post I was quoting, so I was correcting you.
Bioware released a blog the same day the E3 2015 trailer comes out that states the man we see in that trailer is not the protagonist. No doubt they do have a connection though, I agree with you on that.

No, they are the elites of the Alliance military. There are humans in the galaxy who are just as skilled as them. We have several of them as companions throughout the Shepard Trilogy.
