I'd rather have someone like Miranda on the crew.
Sure I get that but I would still like to play someone like her, I really like her personality and looks and everything.

I would really like a variety of origins, even if it's not mix and match, like ME1, or as detailed as DA:O. I'm a little sad that we're most likely going to have to be human, giving us a little leeway with our background would be nice, for the sake of replay value as different types of characters.
Can you tell me what you like about her personality?Sure I get that but I would still like to play someone like her, I really like her personality and looks and everything.
Say, what species are you man? Being your own species isn't popular anymore?I would really like a variety of origins, even if it's not mix and match, like ME1, or as detailed as DA:O. Sure. I like that she is strong and confident and somewhat cold until she is with the right person, then she opens up because not all people are worthy of seeing her true softness and inside beauty. She is a sexy and beautiful woman, a feminine one as well even though she's a soldier, she doesn't lose her womanhood because she goes fighting xD
I see where you are coming from. The man in me knows she is sexy but there is much more to her than a great body.Sure. LOL, I am fine with being human...in real life. If we suddenly were introduced to asari, turians, and other species, however, I might be a little jealous.
I was just reading the book Halo: First Strike (a heresy, I know - you don't have to shame me any further), and was interested in one of Master Chief's private thoughts. Linda 058, the sharp shooter in Blue team, had been seriously injured, and Dr. Halsey made her repairs with a cloned lung. Linda woke up after 7 hrs. of rest or so, and while the group was checking their gear, one of the other Spartans made a joke about Linda - saying that she "would go to any lengths so she could take a nap." It was an appropriate bit of squadmate ribbing, given their training and exploits. What intrigued me is the Master Chief's view of the situation. Was it appropriate for the squad leader to join in with the humor, or should he remain stoic and let the squad amuse themselves, so that his leadership position would not be compromised?
If inside joking and squadmate humor were included to a greater degree, as was done at the apartment party in Tiberius Towers, would you like to see more of this? Should the Protag be stoic, average, or participate in joking with the crew?
Does this make the PC more interesting to you? Would you like to see more of inside jokes during the game? During Missions or Assignments? Humor can be difficult to include, or even go very badly. What would you like to see?
well if I was a turian I'd have an excuse to slap some face paint on.LOL, I am fine with being human...in real life. If we suddenly were introduced to asari, turians, and other species, however, I might be a little jealous.
I want the one Bioware wants, unless it's a Shepard clone or another blank slate.
Female Johnny Dollar in space.
Granted, no matter what, I'll do my best to play my first character that way because I ALWAYS SEEM TO, but everything Bioware can do to help me play a gritty hardboiled detective (plus or minus insurance scams) would be appreciated.
I would still like to play someone like her [Miranda). I really like her personality and looks and everything.
I agree too, though I *really* would like to play Ashley as my protagonist. I would have reduced Miranda's 'edginess' a bit to a softer look and personality, but that would be out of line with her background, life experience in a hostile galaxy, and role with Cerberus. My only real problem with Miranda's look is her overly-white tinted facial aesthetic - she needed a slight tan with soft make-up. The graphic art design of Miranda created by bebbe88 at deviantart is what I'm talking about.
I am NOT advocating for a "California Barbie plays Navy Seals bimbo." A strong, intelligent, capable warrior-ess, and romantic woman (at times) is the right combo, imo. FemShep's default face and Jennifer Hale's voice just doesn't fit the archetype that I'm trying to describe. I really admire Emily Blunt's look as Rita in Edge of Tomorrow in combat and Daisy Ridley's more natural look as Rey. Tough and feminine - a deadly combination. I really hope the CC facial design system for the female protag works really well.
Intimidating, cold blooded, silent, enigma.
I want a protag that can choose not to speak all the time or puts minimal effort in speaking, but if she has to can point out the bullshit out of all her teammates ALL THE TIME and most importantly yelling "SILENCE" at any smart-asses flaunting their genius..
Mainly I want him to be a ****** robot, not the "I cry with you" paragon and not the "I don't cry cuz iM A MAN" renegade, but "I dont cry because this situation isn't sad and I don't care or i'm incapable of feeling!!" (i.e: Liara crying because of Thesia, ****** please, Earth probably has over 1 billion dead by now stfu /slap).
Maybe someone like Hitman.
Anyway.. yea 0.001% chance of it happening.
Ellen Ripley in the Aliens (the second movie).
