PS4's #1 is 14 points from passing up PS3's #2.
Nobody cares about the rest, I'm sure.
7 or 8 people on that PS4 leaderboard shouldn't even be there since they brought scores across from the scummy PS3 
It's just a game in the end, if you chose to play the game ps3 enough to make the leaderboard on transition, at least you would have had to suffer through what might be an extra 100 hours of loading times, possibly much more. And then there's the graphics/performance difference.
And then there's the x4 exp glitch difference.
