I finally got my Dragon Age II Post Campaign free of corruption (special thanks to Snake, wherever he's here in this forum or not). It took me 6 days to fix my problems with my Dragon Age II saves, and now I got it working especially the Post-Campaign. Now I bought PS4 5 days ago before my birthday along with my 4 games including Dragon Age III Inquistion and I figure it out that my Dragon Age II saves wasn't syncing into Dragon Age Keep because my Dragon Age II saves were corrupt in the middle of the quests called "The Last Straw" in the gallows. It took me 5 days to get my Dragon Age II saves working and uncorrupted (Yes, I read Snake's thread that has to do with possible solution for save corrupt in Dragon Age II and I did what Snake had to say and it took me 5 days to figure it out what needs to be fix in my saves) and it did finally when I know today is Thursday and I have to start a thread in the feedback because I have only one question to ask.

 

With my Dragon Age II saves uncorrupted and working, how long does it take for my Dragon Age II saves to sync into Dragon Age Keep so that I have to reconfigure my world states from the Replay Startup? Does it take next week to get it synced into Dragon Age Keep?

If I'm understanding your question right, you're asking when your saves from DA2 will show in the Keep.  Unfortunately, the Keep does not import save games from DAO or DA2; any similarities that appear to your own playthroughs are just coincidental.

 

Correcting your saves in DA2 may have helped with getting your heroes to upload into the Keep, which should occur fairly shortly after they are uploaded (within a few hours in most cases).  For the choices you made in your playthroughs, however, you'll need to manually select what you'd like your world state to look like.  You could exactly clone the playthrough you did, make up a completely new one with choices you never tried in-game, or a mixture of both by using the "padlock" icon on specific choices and then the randomize button for everything else.
