I'm looking for a DLC that brings a lot of content such as a new large map, armor, weapons, crafting items, which DLC is right for me?

Jaws of Hakkon

- large map (think of the size of the Emerald Graves, probably larger)

- new weapons & armor

- new weapon & armor schematics

- background information about the first Inquisition

The Descent

- 6 levels (instead of one large map)

- new weapons & armors

- new weapon & armor schematics

- new infos about Lyrium and other dwarven stuff ;)

Trespasser

- many different maps

- new weapons and a new armor

- new weapon & armor schematics

- new infos about the elves

- Epilogue to Inquisition  <-- pretty much a must have ;)

- The Golden Nug <-- lets you sync all your weapon & armor schematics through all your PTs ;)

So yeah, IMO get them all, tho my favs are Jaws of Hakkon and Trespasser, I prefer green forests to the Deep Roads

Trespasser is the final DLC; you can only play it after defeating the Elder One, and once you play it, your game is over. It's the only "essential" DLC.

Jaws of Hakkon and The Descent both offer a large new area with new enemies and good gear. One thing: the Descent is a Power sink, meaning you'll need a lot of Power points to do everything.

Get Trespasser.

It adds a whole bunch of new maps post-campaign, where there is new plot, enemies, weapons, armour, etc. Pretty much everything, and it's all very high quality. It also finishes the games story off (and is the best piece of content Bioware has ever written imo), so you need it if you want to play DA4.

It also adds a bunch of new difficulty options for the rest of the game - things like potions not healing you, or enemies being stronger, or doubling the amount of disapproval from companions, etc. There are new achievements for playing with these.

It also adds the Golden Nug, which allows you the sync your schematics to a new game, so you can use all those fancy new armour you found at the end of the game whenever you want to.

I enjoyed the other 2 pieces of DLC as well, so would recommend them as well, but if you only decide to buy one - definitely Trespasser.

I thought the Golden Nug was part of a patch, not part of Trespasser? The DLC adds Trials and ability upgrade toggles, however.

Caveat: both Descent and Trespasser are only available on new-gen consoles and PC. Jaws of Hakkon is available for all platforms.

Another vote for Trespasser. If you can only pick one, that'd be your best bet.
