I have another one of "those" questions.

 

Let's say a teammate primes a target, and I detonate it. Then, let's say that the subsequent combo explosion damages 4 units, but does not kill any of them. Teammates 3 and 4 kill off all four targets subsequently with weapons.

 

The question: Do I receive an assist for all four targets, or just the one I detonated?

 

 

Edit: I totally screwed up the question. As originally asked (I prime and the teammate detonates) the answer would be obvious: I would get four assists. I meant it the other way around, and have edited it so that I am the detonator, as I had meant to phrase it originally. This way, the person who primed would definitely get 4 assists (or credit for 4 kills if they had been killed.) What I meant to ask was whether the detonator would get all four assists, as he would not get credit for killing them if they died.

I think you get all 4. Because getting 50 assists with Fury or Demogrill by wave 6 is automatic.

This is way out of my league, just find a way to finish the job or revel in the fact that you primed and get your teammates the kill.

Assist points are gained because you played a part in hurting them.

You are correct. As originally asked, I would get all 4. I edited it to what I had originally meant to ask, and I am now certain that the question is thoroughly confusing as (sort of but not really) intended.

And talking about jumping down the rabbit hole, I went and saw Bat vs Supes today. Was expecting it to be really bad but aside from a couple zack snyder style crazy hiccups it wasn't super bad. Kinda watchable even. Batfleck isn't half bad either!
