Am I the only human being alive who is having this issue??? Every time I try to start up Inquisition it says that It can't connect to the Dragon Age Servers. Because of this I can't use my keep saves. Is this an issue everyone is having or is it just me, and if it is me, is there a way to fix it????

Try running the game in admin mode perhaps?
Might be a problem with an anti virus or something like that too , I imagine.

I haven't played today but I played last night and didn't have any trouble connecting.

You'll almost certainly have to contact your ISP or EA support to resolve this.
To get help with this problem, you'll need to give people a bit of information:
What platform? (PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS4 or PS 3.)
Have you signed into an account before launching the game? It is possible on some systems to start the game without having signed into a profile, which can cause problems during authentication.
Are you running a third-party firewall, or are your firewall settings compatible with online gaming?
Do you know what your NAT settings are, and whether they are open, normal, or strict?
Do you have connectivity issues with any other devices or games, or is this specific to DA:I?
While people on BSN might be able to narrow down your likely issue with the answers to these questions, my guess as to your best first step would be to contact EA, describe the issue, and go through the troubleshooting steps with them. I'd recommend calling them or using their callback service, as all other forms of EA support have a poor reputation (with good reason.)

The problem is almost certainly at your end. Have you been able to connect in the past? Have you changed ISPs? Routers? Not much anyone here can do for you.

PS4. I've been able to connect to the past, but I had to change IPs when I came back to college. I have spoken to the tech support, and they say that nothing is being blocked by the college's systems. Could it be a problem with the internet stability? Or is it because my IP changed?

Actually I'm having the same problem. It hasn't been an issue and I've been playing DAI while logged in for days. But today I got to the main menu, continued my game, and when I came back to the main menu it said I had disconnected.
Haven't been able to connect since. But I'm also having issues with Origin and synching so who knows.
I suggest trying to turn off any anti-virus program you might have while playing DAI. That's what I'm about to try. Fingers crossed it works.
