I was playing for years ever since the game was released in rather low res which didn't had any crop lines.

 

thanks to some kind sole on Reddit I've learned that the resolution tab can be scrolled further down!

There is actually native built in 1920X1080 res in there!

 

My eyes does not hurt anymore.

At any rate It's good opportunity to replay the first game and enjoy it properly.

 

Also installed this mode which pretty much imported ME3 styled textures and graphics into ME1.

very recommended.

Last time I installed that mod, it freezed  the moment I tried to dock the Normandy at the Citadel for the very first time, I hope someday they manage to fix that.
