Still sounds to me that the Inquisitor voice is being directed to a speaker you do not with your TV. There are all kinds of speaker systems for TVs. I'd check that on your TV.

So, you can hear it in combat and automatic dialogue, but not when you pick from the dialogue wheel? That is incredibly odd.

I've not heard of that happening. It should not be like that at all. ![]()

Ooh so there is no fix that you know of then ?

Nope.
Inquisitor should be fully voiced. Doesn't make any sense that only options from the dialogue wheel are silent.

Look in the settings. If you can't hear dialogue, it's probably there. Can you hear other characters speak?
Patricia is adorable.
About as much as a Sectoid... Well, the original 1994 and EU ones. XCOM2 'Toids are scaaaaaryyyyy.

And that is the main reason that it never occur to me that there was something wrong with my game.

Patricia, just checking, but do you realize that when you pick one of those three lines, that the IQ actually says different words than the line you picked. So none of us hear exactly what the lines say. Also, I have subtitles on so I can read what the IQ says. Do you have subtitles on? Do you see the IQs lines even if you don't hear his voice?

Yes i do but i don't hear anything i just wait for "them" to respond to my line and not to the words the IQ should actually say for real. And i never use subtitles but i will check that as well if that even works.

So, to be clear, your Inquisitor's lips move but no sound comes out of them?
Just try creating a new character, as an experiment. See if the problem is universal or specific to that one character.

Did you try making a new character? Doesn't have to be fancy. Just run through the first few scenes of dialogue in Haven and see if your new character speaks. You can delete the character afterwards.
If they don't speak, then your game is bugged and you should return it or download it again.

But that is in all my playthroughs ( 8 ) so i don't think a new character will help and my Inquisitor can talk only not when i pick a line to choose from.
My game is more then a year old so returning it is i think not possible anymore.
