Xbox controls are literally just rebinded keys. The same as if you splitnthe omnibar. There is no space magic here for those controls, the mod is mainly the interfaces.

And, as far as ME3 is concerned, I'm using an xbox controller. But if, say, I'm playing an FQI, and I hit Triangle (or what it thinks is a Y) to cloak and shoot my Javelin, hitting triangle again will not cloak (because cooldown) nor will it reload-cancel. If I want to reload-cancel without moving, I have to hit down on the dpad (for medigel).

I've tried this with the keyboard, too. I don't remember if it's 1, 2 or 3 that does tac cloak, but it will not reload-cancel while in cooldown. It'll only reload-cancel if it's actually activating the power.

Odd. If I play GI + Claymore, I can fire a cloaked shot, then press "Y" again during the tactical cloak cooldown and it will cancel the reload animation. I'm even able to cancel the animation early, so I get no reload at all (which happens more often than I'd like to admit). :/

On PC, ME3Tweaks Multiplayer controller mod, USB wired Xbox One controller.

On console you can hit a Power button to reload cancel the animation, even if the Power is on cooldown.  This also works with Grenade buttons if you don't have any grenades, etc.  This doesn't work on PC.

mmm... their own Space Magic :wizard:  tricks and then they say bad things about the happy land of Space Magic  :wizard:  ... g_g

Then everything is working as it should.  Using a console controller on PC does not affect the PC controls in any way.  You must follow PC reload cancelling rules.

This is what I'm saying. But others are saying it does work...

Though actually using a controller does affect gameplay on way - it friggin enables aim-assist. Which is somehow even worse than console aim assist...

It's literally the exact same. And you can turn it off which the scrubs on console cannot do.

I dunno, it seems to manage to find much more creative ways to aim my Javelin at thin air...

I should go through the thing to turn it off. I think I found it once, but...

You all remember me (shut up, let me have my delusion). Used to play PS3 a lot. But I moved to PC a while back.

I did play on PC but I soloed most the time. I'm still using the PS3 controller, and it's a bit weird. Had to re-learn some skills, and I never felt as effective. So I only started actually Multiplayering recently. U/U/G pretty much all the time.

So, I have some questions for you PC players.

Is it like considered uncool to stay away from the LZ on extraction wave? I hardly ever see anyone take this common sense procedure. Everyone - newbies and people with extremely high N7 and CP points, all rush to the LZ and get massacred. Seriously, they're all down within 30 seconds and then I have to sole-survivor my way out of there.

Also, why do you guys never stick around? On PS3 you'd get a decent PUG (or a non-decent pug) and they'd stick around for 5+ matches. On PC I've hardly ever had anyone stay in the lobby past one match. This is regardless of how well it went. Or maybe one guy will stay for 2-3, but there's much quicker turnover.

Also, when they do stick around, people tend never to switch characters and seem weirded out that I do. I've been kicked from lobbies because I switched characters and apparently putting on equipment takes too long.

Also, why no talking? Yeah, on PS3 a lot of the people talking are obnoxious kids but still.

And lastly, say you have a really good session. Some guy joins your PUG, actually changes characters so their powers synergise with yours, actually acts like a team and all that. And after the game's done you go "That was fun, I should send them a friend request on Origin. What was that person's name again?" Is there actually no way to find the people you've recently played with???

Also, it's good to be back (:

tl:dr
