We have a whole thread about it : The Little Things You Just Discovered  although its kinda interesting that you list all ME2 stuff but you didn't catch Joker listening to porn.

 

and you miss a lot of neat stuff in Mass Effect 3 like... the long story about a traumatized Asari Huntress who was sitting behind the counter at Huerta Memorial Hospital.... who murdered Joker's little sister, Hilary Moreau, to save her own skin. Sadly, you can never tell Joker about this when he talked about Tiptree but you can avenge him by authorizing the huntress a gun which enable her to kill herself.
