I ordered my xbone yesterday...too great of a deal to pass up....$300 gets you a 1tb hard drive..halo 5, gears ultimate edition, ori and the blind forest , rare replay..which has 30 games itself ,   ....I will have it by friday...before then I am going to pick up arkham knight, and rise of the tomb raider.... great, now,  as if I don't already have a ridiculous back-log of xbox360 games...because of this game...now I am beginning the back-logging of the new generation games.                   ^^^^^^^^^^^^ even today, right now..this very second..I just bought 2 more 360 games from XBL....that I will most likely not get around to playing.

Ori and the Blindforest is my game of the year 2015.

I love my ps4 entirely too much, but my xbox one is strictly for Microsoft exclusives (Halo, Quantum Break, Sunset Overdrive) So I'll be playing MEA multiplayer on my ps4.

You did a very smart thing. I approve  <_<  And Rise Of The Tomb Raider is a really good game, I loved it! XD

Oh and now you just need Quantum Break!

I didn't know if Fuen was spouting off at the time or if he knew something I didn't, but I heard about the new PS4 last night. New and improved specs on pretty much every piece of it.  Got to wonder what kind of deals will be coming on the "old" PS4s when it drops?

Could say I told you so - But who'd be itched? Btw - Why would anyone buy an older designed ps4 , when the new one does true 4k, and largest growing pains of ps4 have been sorted out....

Have to agree with Pierogi there. Just the thought of those memoirs left me with arc-eyes (anyone here welded before?):

A bunz self appreciation post is still bearable but not the whole montezuma.

Screw you then Fuen.

I  welded for a semester.  Got......decent?  At rod and mig.  I know what you're talking about....ever had slag land in your mouth?

Batman Arkham Knight is awesome. :)

I haven't played Arkham Knight but I have played through both the older titles and I didn't like them at all. I hate the combat, the empty city and the way the story progresses. Sure it's fun to glide around the city as batman but it eventually got too boring for me.  From what I've seen Arkham Knight seemed more of the same so I gave it a pass.

Very easy for us.  We only had these little booths where we did our work, and we started off just doing T-Joint after T-Joint.  The time it went in my mouth was friendly fire though.  It was the end of the day and I was in my buddies booth running my mouth as he was finishing up.  I was able to spit it out pretty quick, so I didn't get messed up really bad or anything.

I've never had any problems with an empty city... there are loads of side missions, riddler trophies to collect, thugs to beat up... in Arkham Knight there are also things like firemen to save from various situations, bombs to disable with the Batmobile, enemy checkpoints to get rid of, drones to explode, AIRBORN drones to explode, MORE riddler trophies and like a crap tonne of side missions, especially if you get the most wanted expansion DLCs. Batman Arkham Knight is the best in the series imo, even if people who play it on the PC won't agree with me. :P The start of the game is especially awesome. Love the opening sequence. The last part is also awesome.

There are also cars driving around the city that'll occasionally try and run you over. Or you can like land on top of them to take them out. :P

I actually own all the DLCs, so Batman currently looks like The Dark Knight Batman and drives the Tumbler, so that's nice.

^Blah blah blah about boring stuff.

Boring stories need more ME3MP, more biotic booms, more cryo explosions, my claymoar, more killing of reapers.

Better question is: Would you object if I forwarded them to YOU? :D Hehehe. But what about his girlfriend QMR? She wouldn't like it if you got all the selfies of him now.... hmmmm...

What!?  Evil....and here I thought you were trustworthy!  I'm not letting any of you see me....EVER.  I had a soft spot for Fuen...but he has now ravaged my feelings. I'm never talking to him again.

But that feels so mundane though and it's all the same stuff over and over again. But my main gripe has to be the stupid combat system of batman having to hit a random thug about 16 ****** times to knock him out! The guy is an expert in hand to hand combat for christ's sake! Also the ****** stealth system of having conveniently placed gargoyles and air vents in almost every encounter as an excuse for stealth gameplay.

I know a few friends who loved it though, just couldn't get into it myself.

Tsk feelings. No manly man would ever find another man anything to look at. (In the original wrapping)

And no amount of loyalty will go that far -

Never borrow a manly man's grill
Borrow his vinyl
Talk about his transport in a negative way
Make any comments on his better half.

You can add : force feeding me pictures of men.

I'd rather you share your view of what beauty there is in nature for manly men.
And don't pull a Deckard on us on this one, in this thread. There is place for everything.

Screw you then Fuen.

No thanks - there are better screws in my book.
On welding and arc eyes - Initially learned arc welding from a father that believes the combination of both brain and hands can be useful.
Second time -Slipped into the garage one afternoon on my own to do stuff- I figured that closing my eyes are more efficient than spot welding through the knack of dropping that eye piece with some head movement. I was wrong.

First time was about 8 y - casually watching around a corner with an oxy-acytylene gas torch. Yes that's sufficient. Ofc I was warned not to do so.

Don't need it much nowadays, but can do arc, gas and inert gas (mig/mag), when needed. It's close to handling a chainsaw / proper grinder on my manly man's list.

<insert pics of Male Quarians and Turians that I am too lazy to do right now>

You're telling me those AREN'T good looking?!

Especially the Quarian, he has all the right curves!

Not really kidding either, nothing wrong with appreciating a person's form, regardless of gender of either party. Appreciating the view and acting on it are two totally different things, one doesn't have to be interested in such things to appreciate them.

Yeah, kinda wondering the same. Which is why I'm leaning towards PS3, guessing the first freeze or the minute-long loading screens will be enough to get me to stop ME3 again.

I'm already starting to have second thoughts.

Edit and on topic: think you're one of the ones that got away. Damn you.

Haha yeah, I believe so. Didn't like it, though ;)

Maybe we should do this crazy thing together. We could both understand each other when we go "nopenopenope" mid match, and we would fix that second issue ;)

Yeah, you got the pun right. I haven't actually played with Arktinen (Mrs Arkhne) yet, but Arkhne's host is excellent for me, so it should be good, unless you all start playing the Leningrad Cowboys or something - my knowledge of Finnish culture is pretty limited to them and a couple of Aki Whathisname's other films, and some motorsports - so I've concluded that the prevalent mood is funny but depressed, right?  ;)

And apparently we drink a lot. Though perhaps "funny and depressed" covers that too.

On funny and depressed - Those Finnish people that laugh - do not have enough work to do.

I learned there is actually a Finnish Proverb like that. So there might be happy ones - but it should just not be visible to people around them.

That's why Karaoke is so loved in Finland (like in Japan), because singing with a straight face does not count as being happy.

Do you also have fins krjn09?

The combat is vastly improved in Arkham Knight. If you're in a combo, it's not unusual for weak enemies to go down in 1 hit.

Also no more gargoyles, there are vents occasionally though but it's much better.

Kel onni on, se onnen kätkeköön - he who has happiness should hide it. I think that just means we like humbleness and modesty. Complaining about work and your life in general kinda goes with that too. So not unhappy, just maybe a bit more private or introvert. Getting drunk gives freedom to truly express ourselves - and sing our hearts out. :D I don't really know, I don't really drink or sing, and I shock strangers by saying hello in the elevator. A poor Finn.

Ah, think I misread what you wrote about the proverb. Oh well. There's another.

Obligatory, tongue-in-cheek link to the Helsinki Complaints Choir :P

I hardly think Finns are the only ones who seem to complain about their lot in life ;) though against the background of silence and introversion and sisu, perhaps it does stand out a little.

I would probably panic if a Finn tried to greet me in an elevator, my grasp of the language is not great, I have difficulty producing some of the sounds, I like their closedness, it suits my inability to communicate.
