Greetings to all. Gazing haks in the vault, I wondered if there was any way to create my own packs Haks. I know there are programs to edit the lines but do it by hand would be a very hard work. I was wondering if there are any programs that compile automatically, or help me to do this task.

Do you mean you're looking for a program to merge 2da files from different hak packs?

I'm not aware of a specific program to do this, although it seems like it could be done via spreadsheet consolidation by position, or some such thing.

There isn't an automated program to do it. It could be done via spreadsheet. For probably the biggest things, placeables, creatures, tilesets, there are already master 2das available for use.

Since they're plain text files, you don't need to use a spreadsheet unless you actually want to see them separated into columns.  Any visual merging program works fine for this sort of thing, where it just opens up two files and puts them side by side, compares lines, shows you where lines differ or have things added or removed, and allows you to easily move one side to the other.  It looks like what you get when you compare past revisions on Wikipedia.  You could try WinMerge.

Thank you very much, I'll try this. From already thank you all for taking the time to respond.

you might save yourself a world of hurt if you check what you're doing against these guidelines

In addition to checking the reserved ranged page, as Kamal mentioned, it might be good to see if the ones you want are already merged into a master 2DA.  For placeables, I believe PJ's cornucopia is the latest and most complete one.  For tiles, I think Kamal's is the most exhaustive (correct me if I'm wrong).  It doesn't seem to hurt to have extra entries in your 2DA that refer to things that you're not including in your module, except of course for a large file size and that your Appearances list will have a lot of superfluous entries to scroll through.

PJ's and my work are indeed the most complete for placeables and tilesets/tiles, respectively. My tileset package has every tileset that has been released, and RWS jungle ruins which was not released elsewhere. I think Pj's package is similarly complete.

I spotted a 2DA Merge Utility here, but I've no idea how well it works.
