It seems to me that the only obvi promiscuous chars are Isabella, Iron Bull and Zevran. 2 out of the 3 are dudes.
In Morrigan's case, she isn't prmiscuous as much as she is goal oriented. She has a goal to have a baby with an old god soul. She can't exactly sleep with just any old bro to achieve that. Either your male warden or Alistair. And if she is already in a relationship with you it's a non-issue.
As far as I know, Zevran stays loyal to the Warden. The reason he doesn't in DA2 is due to a bug.

How do you know if they will remain loyal?Promiscuous people tend to break romantic deals more easily or we have forgotten how quick Zevran and Isabela were prone to do that or how much MOrrigan wanted the archdemon soul even at the cost to cheat the male warden who refused the offer since she suggest to you always the other warden companion.
Leliana has. In over a decade she and the Warden are still happily together and loyal to each other.
Zevran doing that in DA2 was actually a bug. If romanced by the Warden, him going off with Isabela and potentially Hawke wasn't supposed to happen.
I'm parroting everyone else but this kind of thread makes me want to answer. I should know better. Anyway.
1. It's not true. The only characters depicted as openly promiscuous (in its most common meaning) are Isabela, Zevran and Bull. That's it. Most of the others - men and women - have occasionally slept around, Sebastian included (I found it funny you mentioned him cause he was definitely a playboy). That's it.
2. Even if they were.. so what? Promiscuity doesn't really say much about a person's morals. Zevran is absolutely devastated if the warden breaks up with him if he has high approval, and spends his whole life depressed if the warden dies.

I interpreted that "non issue" i quoted as the ritual not being an issue if she was romanced.
She often used sex as a tool for manipulation or at least from what i remember is what she said in some banter
