A necessary step but i would suggest a master crow of Antiva for the job.
Also - I'd execute Anora and Alistair. If that even needs to be said.
What would you do as King/Queen?

1) Gain the gratitude and loyalty of Alienage elves by making every hahren the equivalent of a bann in the Landsmeet, thus giving them a say in Ferelden politics. Increase the quality of life for the elves by providing/building better housing; lifting laws which restrict elves from acquiring quality jobs, owning their own businesses and having their own militia/owning their own weapons; and distributing abandoned lands in the countryside to elves to encourage migration and minimize their overpopulation problems.
2) Hire investigators and spies to track down every noble and knight who was involved in Howe's atrocities and treasons against the Couslands. Once found, they will be apprehended and given the choice to face death; exile or join the Grey Wardens in Amaranthine.
3) Grant Soldier's Peak to Levi Dryden and award him the title of Arl as a reward for his help during the Blight. (Grey Wardens have abandoned/forgotten about the fort anyway and a new arl is needed in the aftermath of Rendon Howe's treachery and the stripping of lands and titles from his family) This would also effectively lift the royal exile that King Arland placed on the Drydens. (Since Maric lifted the ban on the Grey Wardens, there is precedent already in place)
4) Restore the Terynir of Denerem under the Crown. The Civil War and the Blight serve as strong reminders as to what happens if the Crown has no standalone strength and must rely on other nobles for support. Besides, the Arl of Denerem basically answered to the King across the street anyway and the title is vacant due to the deaths of Urien and his son Vaughen. (If the city elf didn't kill him, then the Warden would've killed him in the dungeon...otherwise, I'd execute him for his crimes and blatant disregard for the law)
5) Allow the dalish to set up their own enclaves within Brecilian and the Hinterlands along with Ostagar as semi-autonomous subjects. They'll have to pay a reasonable tax to the crown, but are otherwise left to their own devices so long as they remain in peace with Ferelden.
6) Create a mutually beneficial trade agreement with Orzammar and with Levi Dryden's merchant connections to speed up Ferelden's recovery.
7) When the Mage-Templar conflict starts, do not take either side and close the borders to any templar or mage groups trying to enter. If the Chantry protests, use the alliance with Orzammar to threaten the Chantry's lyrium trade to shut up the powerless Chantry and get them to leave Ferelden alone.
8) Marshal troops in the West in the event that the Orlesian Civil War spills out into Ferelden's frontier or if Duke Gaspard makes good on his promise to invade Ferelden should he win the throne.
9) Send troops and hire mercenaries to set up a perimeter around Fade Rifts close to populated towns and cities. This way, the demons can be somewhat contained if they try to wonder out and infest the area or at least buy time for the civilians to escape to safety. Additionally, once it's learned that the Inquisition has learned about how to close Fade Rifts and can even stop the Breach itself, send them the location of every known Fade Rift and work closely with the Inquisitor to get as many rifts closed as quickly as possible.
10) Whatever is decided regarding Mages and Templars by the Inquisition, the assumed abandoned forts of Therinfel Redoubt and Kinloch Hold will be appropriated, cleansed and garrisoned by Ferelden troops since their intended occupants are gone or dead. After the Chantry gets its act together, the forts will be offered back to Divine Victoria as a sign of goodwill.
11) Not try to disband the Inquisition in the Exalted Council after they saved the world no less than 5 times and are effectively a barrier against Orlais with their strength and influence. The worst I'd do is negotiate for the return of Caer Oswin and other appropriated lands in exchange for reasonable compensation. (The Inquisition did protect my people and improve the infrastructure of those areas after all)

Help rebuild Denerim. Clean up the alienage and grant more privileges to the elves who helped fight the Darkspawn. Help Fergus put things in order in Highever. Appeal to the Chantry to give the mages a few more freedoms and better living conditions for their help in defeating the Blight. Also, follow through with Alistair's promise on his behalf by hiring Goldanna to oversee the castle's upkeep. Pay her fairly, provide rooms for her and her kids, and ensure her kids get a good education alongside the palace's squires.
Get married to Anora. Enjoy a brief honeymoon.
Save Amaranthine from Darkspawn. Repair Vigil's Keep. Establish trade with Amaranthine to aid Ferelden's recovery. Check in with Avernus to discuss Warden matters. Raise up the Silver Order as a special Ferelden defense force that also assists the Grey Wardens and watches out for them.
Check up on Bann Loren, who lost his wife Landra and son Dairren. Meet with allies Bann Alfstanna, Bann Sighard, Arl Wulff, and Arl Bryland to ensure that Ferelden's military strength is being kept up. Meet with Teyrn Fergus on this as well. Play matchmaker between Fergus and Alfstanna.
Aid Jarrik Dace in Amgarrack. Strengthen the alliance with Orzammar.
Look for Morrigan. Research the information she left by consulting with First Enchanter Irving as well as Avernus. Also send Jowan to help Avernus.
Watch the situation in Kirkwall closely. Inform Anora of the coming danger Morrigan warned about. Instruct Anora that the mages should be helped, as they will likely be needed in what is to come. Bid her a loving farewell. Set out to the far west to find a cure for the taint.

Sounds similar besides for giving Anora a loving farewell... He'd give Morrigan a loving farewell, not Anora, but meh, he'd eventually become at least friends with Anora... In time...

No. No, he'd already romanced Morrigan before marrying Anora, so there's that.

Why would you put group of people with grudge against you in one place, not to mention making them part of powerful military organisation with their own stronghold?

Prince Consort:
1: Erect a huge monument to honor Loghain's death as a Warden, slaying of the archdemon and status as the "real" Hero of Ferelden using Howe's assets confiscated under the guise of stolen Cousland goods. The masses will love it, Weishaupt will love it, the Orlesians will hate it and it will smooth things over nicely with Anora and get Fergus into her good graces for being willing to "finance" it.
2: Use the Ferelden Wardens' sudden monopoly on archdemon blood to wheedle as much gold and as many non-Orlesian Wardens as possible from Weisshaupt. They want a partially Warden-controlled nation? Gonna have to invest in it. Want more generations of wardens after doing ****-all to help during the only Blight in four centuries? Gonna have to pay for it. Handsomely.
3: Time to clean house in Redcliffe and gain Ferelden some much-needed allies the old-fashioned way. Re-poison Eamon, take Connor as a ward of the Crown and send Arl Teagan to Nevarra for a non-Orlesian spouse and to establish diplomatic ties. Cremate Isolde's body and send it back to Orlais sans traces of blood magic. With a curt thank-you note for providing one Warden's worth of assistance during the crisis.
4: Once Highever is properly back under his control, lean on Fergus to follow Teagan's example. Can't afford to let him grieve forever. The Cousland family needs to be rebuilt and there's not a single eligible woman in Ferelden who merits a Teyrn for a husband. Off to Nevarra for a spell, see if he can't net a princess and a proper dowry.
5: Rigorously test if wardens and/or Anora actually are unable to have children. If so, find a selection of pregnant widows with the right features, put them up in isolated cottages somewhere and present one of their babies as Anora's child. Rinse and repeat until the heir-situation looks comfortable. Make "your" children honorary wardens for all political purposes.
Queen:
1: Resign yourself to running both Ferelden and the Wardens with little administrative experience and no useful support from Alistair who will do nothing but whine, joke, eat cheese and blissfully purport your schoolyard romance. Take special pleasure in poisoning Eamon while presenting a properly mournful front to Alistair.

1- Execute Anora, (she would've done the same to anyone threatening her position if she were still on the throne.) , put down any nobles who were strong Logain/Anora supporters. (they had no problem with Logaine using those tactics to gain power.) and give their lands to soldiers/allies who proved themselves loyal to the crown, raising them to nobility.
2- Create a special forces units designed to track down and kill Tavinter slavers/slaver helpers in Fereldon.
3- Call in favors in Orzamar and work out a deal to be supplied with lyrium so I can offer disgruntled templars an option other than the Chantry for work, and put the templars in charge of the slaver units and have them oversee battle training camps for the commoners so they can learn how to properly defend themselves and their neighbors.
4- Drag Cullen out of the mage's tower and keep him with me. Kirkwall and the Inquisition can get themselves another hunky templar. Cullen would be mine.
5- Eventually figure out a way to hook up Alister and Morrigan, they really seem to belong together. All that bickering...the sexual tension was strong between the two of them. ![]()

Unfortunately my HoF is an Elven Mage and mistress of the King but she too would be getting Anora a nice axe and chopping block as a gift after Alistairs coronation. Strengthening ties with Orzammar and establishing a Warden Post in Dust Town to take in/protect the Casteless. Send Templar trained Wardens to the Dalish to train them to fight Tevinter Mages/slavers and also so they don't have to exile their excess mages. Create an Order of elven soldiers like the Welsh Archers in England in the Silver Order and Fereldens Army like a special forces unit. Also create an elven police force for alienages that answer to the King alone not Nobles.

Most epilogue slides were dismissed from the canon. That one could have been as well. It was a food riot if I recall, similar to what happens at Vigil's Keep. Protect the farms and there should be no problem.
