Solas specifically says that he was going to save you in that scene. How do you get to "he left her to die" from "drawing you here gave me the chance to save you" even if you ignore his eye glory magic whilst holding your arm and then your magic evaporating off it?!? Like, he explicitly states he is about to save you before he does it.
Why do some of you girls maybe guys like ( love ) Solas so much ?

Solas is the reason you're dying in the first place so i don't give him much credit for that.

I thought he just kissed her and left like "Well it's been fun! See ya!" and I thought she chopped her arm off to save her own life. And what does that have to do with Solas disliking the Qun
Congratulations, you proved my point.

This character need a special prison in the fade like the one who is holding the Evanuris.

I don't kill persons unless they are those Bioware mocks who are there just to be pawn enemies that you can't spare or for the Archdemons
I highly doubt that Solas die easily in theory he should be even better than Flemeth in doing magic.

He said he loved you, kissed you, saved your life, and said he would never forget you. Considering the situation those two are in, it went a lot better than I expected!

Which is why, a few pages ago, I said that I understood why you thought he didn't. But that doesn't change the fact that he did.
And Abyss also pointed out that he says it as well as does it. I don't see what the point of bringing it back up again was, the matter was settled completely.

The elves came willingly to seek a better life rather than being a servant, slave, or a 2nd class citizen of human societies. Well they can find the Dalish but I understand why they turn to the Qun for stability and have a better life. Solas should've understood that they have nowhere else to go to and no one to turn to, so what does he expect? I mean what does he really expect? They have nothing but the culture they adapted to, and he has the nerve to look down @ his own people because of that, and he caused all this to happen in the first place
Like any good ideological revolutionary Solas doesn't give a rat's ass whether they are choosing their oppression willingly. Their offspring will not have that choice.

Well, I mean I guess, if it were like, super theoretically possible to try and contain him or something that could be an option, but as you say I doubt Solas would do anything easily certainly not eternal captivity.

But he doesn't want to take responsibility for what he's done to get the elves to this point, so he puts blame on the elves and the Qun. He is a very irresponsible person and he should face the fact that it was him who bring the elves to despair.Like any good ideological revolutionary Solas doesn't give a rat's ass whether they are choosing their oppression willingly. He takes complete responsibility for it in Trespasser, he takes full blame, and (misguidedly) believes it's his duty to rectify the situation himself. He believes his mistake was so abhorrent, that he says he will destroy the entire world as you know it, if he must, to restore the elves to what they should be. The Qun didn't even exist when he created the Veil, the only thing he blames them for is being an authoritarian machine that propagates itself via brutality and mindless obedience, and strips its members of personhood.
Did you, like, miss everything he said? Even listen to half of his dialogue? I'm pretty sure I posted a dialogue chart for Tresspasser on this thread, and the rest is available to peruse on the Wiki. You don't have to shoot in the dark.

That's an interesting point, a lot of screw ups try and justify their existence on the basis that they need to rectify the problems they created...
The solution is really for them is just to exit civilized society to be honest, go live in a monastery in Antartica or something.

Well yeah. If I was an elf I would leave everything behind and follow him to have a new life with the people. To leave Thedas for good and how do you know he didn't find one? The eluvians lead to many places, other worlds and dimensions."All elves" would not follow him and he doesn't have a place to put them all anyway.

That's why his eyes glow in that scene, because he's using magic to remove the mark. His eyes glow when he's using magic without his hands. In the not romanced version of that scene, Solas grabs the Inquisitor's left hand to do his magic thing--no glowing eyes.
