I always got it in previous saves, but in my past two (different difficulty levels, different race/class) Blackwall's amulet is not turning up in Val Royeux prison when you do his quest. I've tried reloading from an earlier point, nothing. It was always there before, so I don't know why it isn't appearing now. I'm on PC. I don't know what to do, I know it's not a huge deal in the scheme of things, but it is bugging me. Any suggestions? Would doing a game repair make a difference?

I looked at the Dragon Age wikia and it says there, that his Amulet from the Prison got removed from the Game in Patch 5.

Patch 5 of Dragon Age: Inquisition removed several amulets from the release day version of the game, replacing only a handful of them. They were never added back in, thus they have been permanently removed from the game. The following lists the amulets removed in the patch.

• Val Royeaux Prison - From a chest in the prison during the Explanations / Revelations quest line.

Weird, my game is patched and I got it in every playthrough except for my last 2. Bummer, guess it was good while it lasted!
