Well, in your pic, there are two torches on the left side of the stairs just like in the prison. The stairs next to Josie's office, there's a single torch on either side of the walls. Also, the great hall balcony stairs, there are two torches, but they're on the right.

Exactly! Very good eye. I wanted to make sure it was from clues and not a guess. CORRECT AND BONUS POINTS FOR SHERLOCKING THE CLUES. I actually took shots of both, but the one from Josie's office could be either one with just a torch cropped out.

It's next to last owl statue above the road from Highgrove Camp to Drakon's Rise Camp.

I guess that's close enough. I think the last owl statue is actually on the other side and you can't get from there to the screenshot spot without going back down into Alphonse's Pass and back up the other side, but as the crow flies, it's good.

I could be wrong though, I don't remember.
