Does Habren Bryland kill her pets?

I've been re-reading the histories of Ferelden's nobles and I found Habren's profile to be disturbing. She's the daughter of Arl Leonas Bryland, who will support you at the Landsmeet. Apparently she buys lots of pets but loses them a week later. She's also the author of one of the Inquisition codeces on fennecs.

Is there something to her spoiled habit? Does she actually kill them? Dissect them for study? Or is there something supernatural to their loss?

FYI: She's apparently the cousin to Nathaniel Howe, a potential team mate in Awakenings, but he's much older than Habren.

Also I think she is standing in the Denerim market area, treating her servants badly. I'm assuming she treats her pets even worse since they don't last long.

I always suspected so.

Kind of reminds me of a girl who used to live near me...but not nearly that bad. She always got new dogs, but neglected them once they weren't "cute" puppies. Poor dogs were miserable and lonely in the backyard once they got a little old. And then her parents would just give them away.... I think. Her dad was cool, so I hope he didn't do anything more than that. But she'd get another puppy and the cycle continued. Well into her teens and until she moved out (and probably still does it lol).

Anyways, my Dark Wolf stole Habren's crap.  That's all you can do, sadly. She has a tiara.

Her father says he should put her in a cloister if she kept spending money. I'm hoping he did that by the time the Inquisition rose to power. Or maybe some Red Jenny can cry "blood mage" and get her in trouble.  ;)

You can also kill her in the Darkspawn Chronicles.

We don't actually know that the fennec codex entry was written after Origins. It might be that she's grown up a bit by this point. (I'm not too hopeful, but it's possible.)
