Flemeth has not died of aging, and I personally believe that is because of Mythal's presence. So, Yavana not dying must be something similar. I have thought that maybe she is another Elvhen ancient - or that she is another embodiment of Mythal. Flemythal says she can be in many places at once...

Assuming she is the same Witch of the Wilds who granted "immortality" to Xenon, she's over three hundred years old.
But even if she's not, it was she who unleashed the dragons at the start of the century, so she would have to be forty or fifty at a minimum.

One Way to be immortal is to bind and/or be a vessel of a spirit.
Zathrian was immoratal (not again) by binding a Forest Spirit. Her being taught by Flemeth she might have her own method

Is Yavana's age stated somewhere?

Yup, WoT2, she was already an adult by the beginning of the Steel Age, so she is 300+ years old, we also learned that she was a major reason of the Qunari defeat on Antiva and it also seemed to imply that she could be alive.

Small correction: Yavana was not the cause of the Qunari defeat of Antiva; she was the cause of their defeat by calling down dragons to attack the Qunari when they were besieging Seleny and forcing them into retreat. Whilst one of the writers stated she definitely was dead, World of Thedas leaves it more ambiguous. I should think that she is probably sharing the life of Mythal with Flemeth, by mutual agreement, which likely means she is not dead and is also why she is so long lived. This is probably what Morrigan misunderstood when reading her Grimoire; Flemeth/Mythal does join with her daughters but not to wholly possess them but to share her life with them, so that neither side can be permanently killed.

Yeah, I believe she's not dead, either.
Yavana shown mastery in Necromancy and she "died" next to the Queen of Dragons whom she communicated with via ...dragon speech or some type of language.
If Leliana can become a lyrium-spirit, Zathrian have immortality by binding a Forest Spirit, and many other cases of people living on despite getting "killed" then I'm sure she somehow survived.
Whether she'll play a role in upcoming games/comics, who knows.

Well, it was the artist the one who said that (not sure if we can stick to his word since even Gaider told us to disregard the comments that the devs hide in the game). And it was only one Dragon, surely she had a bit fun too.Small correction: Yavana was not the cause of the Qunari defeat of Antiva; she was the cause of their defeat by calling down dragons to attack the Qunari when they were besieging Seleny and forcing them into retreat. I still remember Morrigan who said that her mother was young and suddenly her skin become wrinkled.
Flemeth suffer aging so i suspect that Yavana suffer aging as well (she can't be better than her mother) then they return young once again via magical ecdysis they are reptiles afterall.
The Baroness was able to remain young and she is not even part of the family, I guess that Flemeth likes to be old, maybe to not traumatize her daughters for looking as young as them.

The baroness is a human who became transcendent like a spirit, she is basically the reversal of Cole.

I couldve sworn the Baroness was a abomination who just turned into a Pride Demon similar to Uldred

She was a Blood Mage who rejuvenated her age through human sacrifice and possibly augmented her powers with a dead/imprisoned dragon. She was killed by her subjects, but before she died (her mansion was burned down) she pulled the souls of her subjects into the Fade with her, creating a dream village. It is unclear if she was possessed by the demon of Pride before she died or if her disembodied spirit in the Fade became a spirit of Pride over time.
