Please write you ideas about new equipments of DAI in new patch.....
This is one of mine.....

1)andraste touched staff:
30 damage
25 light damage
15% Extra xp for killing foe or finding new codex (for all party member)
Andraste's mercy : 40 % chance to heal all Party members (50% of their own health)
Andraste's redemption : 50% chance to give all party members 20% of their current Xp point when a wielder dies
30% chance to cast barrier on hit
Increase gained influence by 30%
+5 all attributes
Andraste's hand : when a wielder dies give all part members 2% attack each 10 second
Description : a normal staff.people believed that andraste has touched this staff.but the effects are still sensible.when a wielder dies his/her soul goes to radiant places.people see the wielder shiny and it says that andraste can be sensed behind wielder .but unfortunately this staff has been breaked to two pieces
Requires : level 17 (Mage only)
Acquisition : first piece:obtain after killing vinsomer high dragon
Second piece: obtain after entering tomb of fairel

i don't think there's gonna be another patch but still for dragon ge 4, bioware should know what we want as weapons. 

 

ppersonally i have several ideas, for now i will sattle with cane sword.

Cane sword is not traditional weapon and that times there wasn't weapons like this.....

Came swords are lame, but if we are talking about the "times" lol I don't think there were a bunch of mages running around hurling fire and lightning at people either...

it is a fantasy game, magic is big part of it. but it's also medivel setting, meaning equipment needs to match those of the medivel era. sadly, while the idea of concealed weapon dates back to the roman empire time, the use of the cane sword is mainly of the 18th century. so it is not an option in dragon age.
