Most earth-centric dialogue in ME3 (The entire prologue is also a goldmine for cringe-inducing lines)
The citadel DLC had some cringeworthy scenes as well, specifically Traynor's bathtub scene, the "romance" for James Vega or Tali's singing (Thankfully I only ran into that on youtube^^)

When Shepard is trying to "seduce" Morinth. Shepard's dialogue comes off as so cheesy I laugh and cringe at same time...

Cringeworthy? I think most of the Thessia dialogue, though some of it is better if you bring Javik.

 

Liara: "It must be reacting to the cypher in your brain Shepard."

 

Javik: "Or the live prothean standing next to him."

 

But the convo with Joker's joke, and talking to the asari councilor....I like the asari but c'mon, all that was left was Shep autodialoguing getting an "Asari are da best" tattoo on his/her forehead.

 

Edit: under the "Humanity #1" and "Earth = Most Importantest." ones, of course.

I'd never seen Kelly's dance, I just can't even /facepalm.

 

My biggest cringe moment by far, almost hiding behind a cushion cause it was all so bad, was Tali singing in the Citadel DLC.  In my first run I was femShep and Tali was my best mate, a sister to her in ME2.  Then I did ME3 with maleShep romancing Tali thinking it would be cool, but instead I got a besotted 16 year old fangirl.  It's tainted my view of Tali ever since tbh.  

 

Then of course Jacob and femShep, and the blatant bias when visiting Palaven's moon.  Shep has got some brass balls being able to sidle up to the turians and not give a damn about their situation.  How the hell they don't tell him/her to sod off I don't know, they're just oddly happy to let you have their troops so that it fits into an incredibly convoluted storyline.  And this is from someone who really likes ME3.

Possibly because they're the only nods to the ME2 plot... and barely.
