Any of the top or bottom responses to the council in ME1, especially while standing in the council chamber self righteously demanding they act against their top agent with absolutely no proof with all the painful naiveté they can muster.

 

"The consort is an Asari here on the citadel. She's very powerful, but also very respected." <--because those are apparently contrasting characteristics now. 

 

The consort hugging Shepard without ever receiving any kind of permission, verbal or unspoken, to invade a stranger's personal space. 

 

The consort asking my Shepard up to her office and then dismissing her like a servant, when she never implied she felt like sticking around in the first place. 

 

Lots of things involving the consort, come to think of it.

Well, in his defense he has said that he originally recorded that line several different ways. For some reason the only one they kept was originally for a romanced Steve.

I've heard that before yet in my last run I got 'CORTEZ!'
My Shep didn't encourage him to visit the Citadel so I'm guessing that's why. I liked that it made a difference as it felt like the loss of a crew member as opposed to a friend.

Mark Meer's Shepard isn't that horrendous thing that people like to say.

I agree. I think the only reason it wasn't the best is because Mark Meer uses his eyebrows to express a lot of his words.

Romancing Liara always make me feel like I'm a dirty uncle taking advantage of her....it doesn't help that you took her Asari virginity when she first mindmeld with you (which you can't say no) and if you're still not interested in her, she still wait until the very end of the game and where she could offer herself to you one last time. .... the only one thing I could compliment Mark Meer was him voicing several hours worth of dialogue with very consistent intonation with very minimal variation for every interactions. I extracted his entire Mass Effect 3 dialogues just for that which is kinda sad when VAs with minor roles put more soul and effort into their characters and they're received with utter disinterestedness. Rude.

 

Besides, as if I didn't know his main appeal was his vast romance choices.

Tali singing was the most cringe-worthy scene of the series. I felt sorry for her VA.

 

My biggest cringe moment by far, almost hiding behind a cushion cause it was all so bad, was Tali singing in the Citadel DLC.  In my first run I was femShep and Tali was my best mate, a sister to her in ME2.  Then I did ME3 with maleShep romancing Tali thinking it would be cool, but instead I got a besotted 16 year old fangirl.  It's tainted my view of Tali ever since tbh.  

I won't even lie, I cringed so hard when she was singing that I took my headset off and started asking myself what I was going to eat.

Doesn't look as noticeable on consoles and the framerate is really bad on PS3 in that first mission. It was a technical limitation + Bioware being somewhat middling in technical competence.

I don't know if it's already been mentioned, but the entire conversation with Morinth at Afterlife always makes me cringe.

"Do I like being in dangerous places? Yes... "Violent Places?"

Then getting the "mixed signals" dialogue from Kaidan, and all I'd tried to be was polite. Also, most conversations with Jacob and Traynor.
