Yes, I just saw this on NeoGaf. Unfortunate that this came out on April Fools Day, because it does seem to be relatively legit. An early build to be sure with the lighting, textures, and effects looking as mediocre as they do, but the animations seem too good to be either a joke or some dude's pet project.

It's some kind of plant that releases pollen apparently, whoever made this video (probably as an example of their work done on the project) made the VFX for the pollen.
We don't have sound for that cutscene or any context, so it does look pretty random... I'm thinking the krogan is a bad guy.

That krogan is an old model krogan, we saw they had a different design for them in andromeda. If this is an early build, it would be potentially pre-alpha. A bit disconcerting considering this is a game slated to release this holiday season.

If this is legit, then releasing it on April Fools Day is a stroke of genius on Bioware's part.
It wasn't released, it was leaked.
The video looks like a developer's "here's what I worked on" reel. It's just a collection of random visual effects.

Look @ ME3 and the video and see how it looks like the same thing. Only thing us new us the jetpack and that's it. It looks like it's half-ass work on their part. But I'm keeping my expectations REALLY low with this game.A bit contradictory don't you think?
